FAQ

Is Bulgaria part of the European Union?

Yes, since 2007! This makes customs formalities exactly the same as when dealing with traditional EU exporting countries.

What currency does Bulgaria use?

The official currency is the LEVA. Our company holds EURO, USD and LEVA accounts for your convenience.

What do I need to import your products to my country?

If you are already importing from EU countries, importing from Bulgaria will be the same. For further information, contact your local Chamber of commerce.

What is the easiest and fastest way for you to quote my parts list?

By sending us your enquiry in Excel format including the Brand References and quantity per reference.

How can I enter the LiveDb Trade Portal?

Once you conclude a first purchase, we will provide access to our exclusive portal, which provides complete and advanced online trade services.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No, unless specified in our offer. Keep in mind that we operate as an exporter and quote based on logical export volumes.

What don't you trade?

Though we constantly expand our offered brands, there are few categories of automotive parts we do not trade, these include Complete engines, Lubricants, Diagnostic tools, Accessories, Repair tools, Tuning parts, Used parts, White box parts and Bulk non boxed parts. Every thing else, we do trade!

What are the payment terms?

10-30% of the total amount when confirming your order, the rest is due prior to pick-up.

What are the delivery times?

Depending on the supplier tariff type, deliveries vary between a few days and numerous weeks from the date of the order confirmation. Stock or indent tariff, brand inquired, reference quantity availability, order mix intensity and overall volume purchased are all elements that shape the ETA.

Which major port is used in your area?

The local ports of Varna and Burgas deal with international container traffic.

Additionally, the ports of Thessaloniki, Athens and Rotterdam provide considerable alternative routes.

Does Bulgaria have competitive transport prices?

Due to the low export road traffic in Bulgaria, many transporting companies grant highly competitive prices for the KM delivered to customers – it’s a similar situation for sea and air freight costs. Our transport department will gladly provide you with the best quote we can find to support you.

When can I pick up my order?

Once we have received your total payment of invoiced goods (due balance) and your information about who will be collecting for you, you may send your transporter for pick-up from our premises. Our sales team will provide you with our pickup protocol guidelines to help you with the process.
